  9. Carpe Diem for me is different to the previous albums - the trademark screams and flange-drenched guitars are still there but there is a real emphasis on the stacato single string riffs. Whereas El Diablo was a relentless face melter of a record Carpe Diem has a much more WEIRDER vibe/5(20).
