  1. An album of the music written and performed by Duke Special for Deborah Warner’s production of the Bertolt Brecht classic play, translated by Tony Kushner and staged at the National Theatre in London over two months in and starring Fiona Shaw. CD2 - Huckleberry Finn EP.
  2. ‘Look Out Machines’ has a couple of missteps, but even these don’t really make the album any less of a delight to listen to. Calling an act unique is a bit of a cliché, but if anybody has earned that description it is Duke Special. ‘Look Out Machines’ is proof of that.
  3. Duke Special's first recording since the "O Pioneer." This album, "Look Out Machines!" is a step away from the dance hall-flavored tunes of the past. Techno, layered vocals, strings, and great melodies make this album a great add to your pop collection. If you're not familiar with this artist, take a chance. His earlier stuff is great too/5(16).
  4. Tracks: 1. Wingman. 2. Elephant Graveyard. 3. Step To The Magical. 4. In A Dive. 5. Statues. 6. Son Of The Left Hand. 7. Look Out Machines! 8. Nail On The Head. 9. Tweed Coats. Stepping Stones. 8. ALBUM: Duke Special ‘Look Out Machines!’ ‘Son Of The Left Hand’ is religious guilt with a dash of William Gibson. The title track is big enough to call down the apocalypse, with the help of Shakespeare and Betjeman: “What’s done is done, so drop the bomb”.
